Summary
A biography is a recount that informs the detailed life-time of
particular person. A biography is always written in the third person. It is
different from an autobiography which is written in the first person.
Purpose
A biography is used to give an account of somebody's life.
Generic Structure
A biography is a recount text. It describes the important events in
somebody's life in chronological order.
That's why it shares the same structure as a recount text.
a.Orientation
It containts an opening statement that introduces the subject and explains why he / she is known or notable.
b.Event
This part contains significant events that are ordered choronologically. It will elaborate when and where are the person was born, his/her early life, what he/she did and why he/she is still remembered
c.Reorientation
This part contains a closing statement that explains how this person will be remembered, and sometimes gives the writer's opinion

Bob Sadino (Lampung, March 9, 1933), or fondly called om Bob, is a businessman from Indonesia who do business in the field of food and livestock. He is the owner of the business network and Kemchick Kemfood. In many occasions, he was often seen using a short-sleeved shirt and shorts that became his trademark. Bob Sadino born from an affluent family. He was the youngest of five children. When his parents died, Bob who was 19 years old his family inherited the entire property because the other siblings are considered to settle.
Bob then spent most of his money to travel around the world. On his way, he stopped in the Netherlands and settled for a little over 9 years. There, he worked in London Lylod in the city of Amsterdam and also in Hamburg, Germany. While living in Holland, Bob met his life partner, Soelami Soejoed.In 1967, Bob and the family returned to Indonesia. He brought along his two Mercedes, made in the 1960s. One of which he sold to buy a plot of land in Kemang, South Jakarta while others keep it save.After a long stay and live in Indonesia, Bob decided to quit his job because he has the determination to work independently.Dilakoninya first job after leaving the company is leasing a Mercedes car which he had, he himself became his driver. But unfortunately, when he gets a crash which resulted in his car badly damaged. Because no money to fix it, Bob turned the job into a mason. His salary when it is only Rp 100. He also had experienced depression due to the pressures of life experiences.One day, his friend Bob suggested raising chickens to fight his depression. Bob interested. When raising chickens that appear inspiration entrepreneurship. He watched the life of the chicken flocks. He was inspired, the chicken can only fight for life, of human being can.As a chicken farmer, Bob and his wife, every day to sell some eggs pounds.
